Reprezentantkou Maďarska je zpěvačka Magdolna Rúzsa s písní „Unsubstantial Blues“.

Magdolna (nebo také Magdi) Rúzsa se narodila 28. listopadu 1985 v Srbsku a je třetí maďarskou SuperStar. V únoru letošního roku byla zvolena na Maďarských hudebních cenách Objevem roku. Jejím prvním počinem je album cover verzí „A döntőkben elhangzott dalok“, které bylo v Maďarsku třikrát platinové. Desky „Ördögi angyal“ (čes. Ďábelský anděl), které je již plné původních písní, se prodalo přes 36.000 kusů.

Anglicky zpívanou skladbu „Unsubstantial Blues“ představí v semifinále Eurovize jako dvacátá druhá v pořadí.
